Biography: Ken Lancaster
Ken joined Jim shortly after Jim started LG Medical Technologies. Combined Jim and Ken form a powerhouse of knowledge and expertise in operations, service, marketing and finance in the medical equipment industry.
Prior to joining LG Medical Technologies, Ken was with Shared Imaging for 5 years from 2003 until early 2009. His most recent role was Chief Financial Officer. He was instrumental in bringing Shared Imaging to a significantly higher level as a market leader in its industry by establishing and/or significantly improving their accounting systems & controls, treasury management, equipment financing relationships, human resource management, information systems and asset management processes.
Prior to Shared Imaging, Ken served in the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of another medical equipment company, Computron Display Systems from 2001 to 2003. From 1996 to 2001, Ken served in several key executive positions at WMH Tool Group (formerly Wilton Corporation) with the most recent position held as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to WMH Tool Group, Ken served in various financial management and operational management roles with several companies from 1976-1996 including Citibank, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Allied Signal Corporation and AM International. Ken holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a BA from Loyola University of Chicago, IL. Ken is a member of several community organizations in his area.
